LaserCare Delivery Policy

  • An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed.

  • These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

  • Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 3:00 p.m. local time and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. PST on the same business day* that the order is placed. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e-mail or a phone call.

  • LaserCare delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

How do I get a free delivery?

Orders of two or more LaserCare brand toner cartridges or any order over $1,000.

Is it possible to receive my delivery the same day I place my order?

Yes! Depending on your location, as well as products ordered, quantities, size and weight will determine if same day delivery is possible and how much it costs.

What if I order a single LaserCare brand toner or my order is under $1,000?

Deliveries for orders of single LaserCare toner cartridge or orders under $1000 will be assessed a charge based on your shipping location and the total weight of the order. Minimum charge is $8.50. If ordering online through, delivery fees will be determined after your final checkout. Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective. Custom delivery fees may be added for custom items. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.

Do you deliver outside continental U.S? (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S Virgin Islands)

When will my order be delivered?

In most cases, business deliveries are completed between the hours of 8:30-5:30 p.m. and residential deliveries are made until 7:00 p.m.

LaserCare Return Policy


There is a 15% restocking charge for all returns, with the following exceptions:
    Return requests must be made within 30 days of our original ship date. Product must be unused, unopened and in resalable condition. Please DO NOT write address or RA # on the outside of the original boxes, as the product needs to be in resalable condition in order to receive credit.

    Defective products must be returned to us within 30 days of our original shipment. We test all products returned as defective and issue a credit if the product does not meet manufacturer specifications. Laser, fax and inkjet cartridges which test "empty" are not considered defective.

    We return defective hardware (printers, fax machines, etc) to the original manufacturer for testing. Once they have determined that the machine is defective, we will replace the machine.

All returns are subject to the limitations placed on us by our suppliers' specific return policies and warranties. Some items may not be returnable because of suppliers' restrictions.


Please call our Customer Support Department at 310-202-4200 for approval prior to the return of any product. They will be happy to provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA #) and shipping instructions. Please DO NOT write address or RA # on the outside of the original boxes, as the product needs to be in resalable condition in order to receive credit. Any packages without an RA # will be refused. All returns must be sent freight prepaid. Freight will only be credited for LaserCare errors. Our drivers cannot pick up returns without prior return authorization. When calling our Customer Support Department for a return, please have the following information available to expedite your request:
  • Your account name or number
  • Our original Invoice number
  • Quantity to be returned
  • Manufacturer's part number
  • Reason for return (if defective, please detail)
