A popular
trend in the marketplace today is to outsource non-mission-critical

many weeks of collecting actual volume data, user information,
and proactive investigation of business processes and workflows.
Yet because of our proprietary process and toolset, this is
typically accomplished with minimal disruption to the customer.

certified analysts utilize industry standard software tools
to collect all of the pertinent data needed to discover a
full and accurate audit of the existing document output fleet
in a customer environment. A typical Assessment requires 30
to 60 days to complete, and includes gaining comprehensive
sample data and completing detailed analyses of the use, volumes
and nature of the document infrastructure.
