If the LaserCare technician determines that the cartridge is defective and caused the problem, LaserCare will repair the damage to the printer up to a reasonable limit. Return of the defective cartridge is required. Any sign of tampering with the cartridge by non-LaserCare technician will void the warranty. Simply call LaserCare Customer Service and they will have the cartridge shipped to our quality assurance center at LaserCare's expense.

Seller hereby excludes any and all other representations and warranties, Express or Implied, and expressly excludes Warranties as to the merchant- ability of these goods or their fitness for any particular purpose. Seller shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All goods are shipped upon condition that these terms be accepted by Buyer, if not, Buyer must promptly return the goods and notify seller in writing.
